Dean represents individuals and families in personal injury and work injury claims in New York and New Jersey. He guides clients through every step of the process, helping them understand their rights and options after an injury.
Before joining the firm, Dean built his career handling workers’ compensation defense, mass tort, and personal injury litigation. This experience defending insurance companies and large employers now gives him a valuable strategic edge as a plaintiff-side advocate. He knows how the other side thinks, which helps him stay one step ahead in every case.
Dean handles a wide range of claims, including workplace injuries, construction accidents, and serious motor vehicle crashes. He is particularly skilled at guiding clients through the workers’ compensation process, from filing initial paperwork and gathering medical records to representing them in hearings and appeals. Dean also helps clients understand how their workers’ compensation claims may intersect with personal injury lawsuits, so they can make informed decisions about their options.
Clients value Dean’s steady guidance and down-to-earth style. By taking the time to explain each stage of a case, he helps people feel prepared and confident, whether they are working toward a settlement or going to trial. He knows an injury can turn life upside down, and he does everything he can to ease the burden for his clients.
When he’s not working, Dean enjoys watching stand-up comedy, going to concerts, cheering on Syracuse sports, and hiking with his dog.
