Co-Founder

Daniel C. Linn

“We get virtually all of our business from former clients referring us to their friends and family.”

Dan is a co-founder of the firm and has been representing clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases for more than 25 years. Like Joe Aversa (the firm’s other founder), he started his career at a large, respected Philadelphia-based personal injury law firm.

Dan strongly believes that part of his job is to develop a personal connection to his clients.

“People who have been seriously injured on the job are experiencing major upheaval in their lives. They’re concerned and afraid they may never be able to work again or provide for their family. They’re trusting you with their future and it’s an obligation I take very seriously.”

From the first phone call with an injured client, Dan lets them know that he will represent them aggressively so they can start to put their lives back together.

As manager of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, Dan personally evaluates all new workplace injury cases.  He guides each case through the unique administrative proceedings including, pleadings, discovery and hearings required by the workers’ compensation system. His many years of battling insurance companies who deny claims or refuse to pay an injured worker’s medical bills, make him an effective advocate for his clients.

“Experience matters. With our firm, you get seasoned lawyers who have always maintained a hands-on practice. You don’t have paralegals and staff doing all the work and making the decisions.”

In addition to his workers’ comp practice, Dan has nearly 30 years of experience handling a wide range of personal injury actions. Whether a case involves a car accident, slip-and-fall, workplace injury or professional negligence, Dan works tirelessly to make sure his clients and their families are properly protected.

Dan has developed a large client base due to his outgoing personality, his ability to get great results for clients, and the level of personal attention he gives to every one of his cases.

“I take great pride every time a client refers to me as their family lawyer.”

Outside the office, Dan is an avid golfer, a die-hard Eagles fan and lover of the rest of the Philadelphia sport teams. Attending local sporting events with his friends and families is a favorite activity. Dan resides in Montgomery County with his beautiful wife and is the father of three very accomplished children.
